The main differences are the padding, grippers and the design.
For the premium pro ones, it has denser, slimmer padding and is using Italian powerbands. Also it has blank design. For premium ones, they are using silicon grippers.
The premium pro ones are much more comfortable as it has a seamless fit.
However the premium ones are still comfortable as well. Just that the pro ones are even better.
Premium pros I can recommend for those going for more than 40km rides! :)
