What are the conditions for the return or exchange of a bizkut product?
- We don't accept refunds and returns. However, we do allow exchanges. The product can be exchanged within 14 days.
- All returned items must be in new, unworn, and original condition, and must include their original packaging with the product tag still intact and attached.
- The condition of your product will be checked before we accept an exchange. Any product that has been washed or worn will not be eligible for exchanges.
- You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
The product size is not suitable for me. Can I exchange it for the right size?
